| IL-10 | B-N10 | Mo IgG1 | T helper 2 cells | Product Info Sheet |
B-N10 (IL-10) belongs to the group of cytokines produced by Th2 cells and monocytes. It plays a role in B cell proliferation and antibody responses. IL-10 is a pleiotropic molecule that inhibits the cell mediated immune response by suppressing T helper type 1 responses. In the presence of elevated levels of IL-2 both Th1 and Th2 clones respond with increased proliferation levels while the addition of IL-10 results in decreased growth of both Th cell types.
