MCD8 (CD8) / MOC-1 (CD56) dual combination is a direct immunofluorescence reagent used for the detection of mature human T lymphocytes and NK cells in whole blood (either lysed or non-lysed) using flow cytometry. Certain subtypes of T cell lymphomas may express the CD56 antigen.
