MCD8 (CD8) / T16 (CD38) dual combination is a direct immunofluorescence reagent used for the detection of mature T lymphocytes in whole blood (either lysed or non-lysed) using flow cytometry. CD38, clone T16, is widely used in flow cytometry to study T cell activation.
