The Cytodetect™ Kit has been developed for intracellular staining and detection of cytokines in combination with cell surface antigen detection. The kit is composed of a complete set of reagents for stimulation of the leukocytes to enhance the production of specific intracellular cytokines. Reagents for fixation and permeabilization are also included.

The reagents provided in the Cytodetect Kit allow processing of 50 blood samples. Each sample can be further analyzed for five different intracellular antigens using direct conjugated monoclonal antibodies.
